What's inside
Each character gets a full page: the character in the centre, every HSK 1–4 word containing it around it, with pinyin, meanings and one example sentence per word — written exclusively with HSK 1–4 vocabulary.
The companion workbook repeats the same families stripped of pinyin and translations: fill-in tables, writing squares (田字格), sentences to translate — answers at the bottom of each page.
Every 5% of vocabulary, a shuffled checkpoint catches what slipped. Tick what you forgot; the ticks are your map of which families to revisit.

And when you're done reading
The HaHa Chinese app turns what you read into a living collection: capture words, review them at the right time, and ask the panda tutor anything.
